Ashley's Carnival Rush collects no data. It makes no network requests of any kind — not one. Nothing about you or your device ever leaves your phone.
Nothing, because it doesn't have any. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no email address collected, no name, no location, no device identifier, no advertising ID.
Your progress — earnings, which fairs and dishes you've unlocked, any staff you've hired, and any cosmetics you've bought or equipped — is written to a save file inside the app's own private storage on your device. That file is never transmitted anywhere: not to us, not to a server, not to any third party. The app does not open a network connection for any reason. Everything in the in-game shop is bought with cash earned by playing, never real money, so the app doesn't even talk to Apple's App Store the way most apps do — there's no purchase for it to process.
Because your progress lives only on your device, there is no account recovery and no way to restore your save if you delete the app or switch phones. We can't retrieve it for you — we never had it. See the Support page for more on this.
Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, of any age, there is nothing to disclose or restrict differently for children. The app contains no chat, no user-generated content, and no way to contact or be contacted by another person through it.
If a future version of the app adds anything that changes this — an in-app purchase, cloud save, a leaderboard, analytics — this policy will be updated first, and the update will describe exactly what changed and why. As of this version, nothing here is aspirational: it describes what the shipped app actually does.
